Xion has been involved in music, since his early childhood. He grew up listening to his father’s drums, started his first band at the age of ten, and has evolved into the mastermind of Nebulous 9’s unique sound.
Before becoming absorbed by the underground scene of electronic music in the early nineties, his passion lied in punk. Xion’s involvement in the electronic party scene began some 15 years ago, when he could be found in midwest and east-coast clubs, tracking some of his favorite musicians.
As his own talents grew, he was invited to spin at Suburban Chicago clubs and parties. In making his own music Xion finds inspiration in drum & bass, techno, industrial, old-school punk, and heavy metal.
